Default DTC P0344 Cam sensor help

I need the dianostic procedure for DTC P0344 camshaft position sensor. Can anyone help me ?
The code returns as soon as I turn the key on. The Caravan is an '02 with 2.4L engine.
Thank you

I have a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L. I was able to see the cam sensor after removing the air filter housing. Couldn't access the bold that's holding the cam sensor in place. Do I need to remove anything else to access it? Couldn't think of any way to access it. The Hayes manual didn't say to remove anything else to get the sensor out. Any tricks to get it out? Also if someone could give the socket size for the bolt i would appreciate it.
Thanks.

It's a 10MM. You may find it helpful to go to Sears or somewhere and buy a Gearwrench.

Thanks for your help, was able to get the bolt out and as per the hayes manual tried to turn the cam sensor away from the engine to get it out. sadly the back body broke (the sensor and wires are intact). It seems to be real tight and I can't seem to wedge it loose. Also there isn't a lot of place to play around with anything. Any ideas that might help me?
Thanks again for all the help.

Not really. Youre just gonna have to be creative and wedge/fulcrum it out. No set procedure when things like that happen. The hard o-ring is what's holding it in along with motor oil varnish. Maybe something to spray on there might slowly dissolve it. Carb cleaner and rust penetrant.

Thanks TNtech for your help. I sprayed Carb cleaner, tapped on the sensor with a small hammer and kept twisting/wriggling it with pliers. Not sure which one helped, but I was able to get the old sensor out. Put the new sensor in and the car seems fine. Thanks again for everything.
