Default 2000 3.0 caravan won't start

Van turns over no start. I replaced fuel pump last year acts like its bad, however I disconnected hose into fuel rails and cranked car and fuel pours out of the hose so doesn't appear to be fuel pump. What and how do check next. How do I check ignition fire? update I tried switching out the autoshutdown relay with the horn relay. Nothing.

You need to ck to see if you have spark at the plugs. Remove a spark plug and using a jumper wire, ground the spark plug to ground and with the wire on the plug. Turn the engine over and see you have spark.

I went a ahead and did that before your reply, It had spark present.
Even though gas comes out of the hose could it be pressure issues with the pump?

I did all the above then today I crank the car and then disconnected the fuel line to the rail. I then turned the car on to turn on the pump to pressurize the system and no gas came out on about 3 attemps. I then crank it to let it turn over and try to start. Then I got some gas to come out. I reconnected and opened the intake and put a little gas in the chamber and it started for about a second. More than it does on it's own.

Should there be enough pressure in the lines to spew out gas when I first disconnect?

I would guess you have a fuel problem, You may have fuel flow, but no volume.
