YEAH, I'll have to deal with that someday.
I know that the owners manual said the Uconnect wasn't installed but there were statements made that seemed like there was.

Oh well something got lost in the translation I guess.
So which one of the two will I order? (This is probably the last question)

IMHO - at this point in time - you might consider just running up to Dodge and let them tell you exactly what part to order.

Mopar has had a problem with u connect kits. You need to have the dealer get you the correct part.

master tech, just curious on what kind of problems that Mopar has been having with their kits. On the newer kits that they have been supplied there is an addendum in them to update each kit with the Uconnect update (TSB # 08-036-11) and this will bring them up to date. On any units that were put in (I think prior to mid June, I can get the exact date) I don't think the addendum was in them because the TSB wasn't released until June 29th.
Thanks in advance for any information that you can provide on this.

The early u connects for the 2011 wouldn't connect, after parts looked into the problem and found that we installing the wrong kit for the van. Then the right part had to be ordered.

Thanks mastertech for the information. Sounds like they had a wrong listing but now have it under control.
