Default mysterious disappering power steering fluid

Over the past week the wife has been driving the "Man Van" while I fixed her car. I noticed some spots in the driveway thinking it was the oil pan gasket leaking again. The other day I noticed a trail of fluid going from the driveway to the road, and yesterday I finished fixing it and the p/s pump starts signing. I baby it home get it up and the only thing I saw was some fluid on the back of the cross member. Every thing was bone dry nothing around the lines on the pump, the rack looked clean from what I could see and nothing coming out of the boots. Any suggestions would be great

Welcome to dodge forum if I haven't already
Raise the van and inspect a black cover on the rack n pinion. You didn't write what year the van is, 1996 thru 2000 would have a LDP pump. That black cover would be above that pump, 2001 thru 2006 maybe a NVLD pump same thing.

Look just above the LDP pump. And you may see your leak there.

Dose any one have a diagram or a pic....also looked like one of the hoses was wet. What are the part numbers for the pressure and return hose.
