Default 3 rd new axel in 1 year

I'm having problems keeping a drivers side axel in my 1995 3.0 dodge caravan. I can feel it again and this will be the third axle in the last year. When I take off or am under load I can feel the vibration starting again.

The van has 170K on it and runs good other wise, had a tranny at 114K and I did the water pump/timing belt about a year ago at 155K when this started

The motor mounts are all new , is there something else i can look for that is causing this thing to eat axles?

Thanks

Joe

I have new hubs on the last change and the axles I'm using are new but probably Chinese at O'Riely's auto parts

Try OEM axle, or Reman OEM axle. Aftermarket axle sucks.

My issue was NOT the axle, just felt like it.

The tranny was leaking so bad I took it to the local tranny shop for seals. They discovered a bad bearing in my differential case. It was causing the axle to wobble and feel just like a bad axle under load. It was in pretty bad shape when I finally took it in and they had to replace the bearing and the differential case.

Drives like a dream now
