Dealers should also use the VIN list to follow up with all owners to schedule

I have the radio/cassette.Would this be the base one described in this recall?
Also if I just unplug the radio would that give me a indication of the problem being fixed?

Not referring to the link. I posted some bogus info. I deleted it. Unfortunately, unlike other forums, this forum won't let you completely delete a post. This was the best I could do.

new key switch in order for me?
so you saying the radio would work flawlessly in Accessory position?
Ignition cyln switch problem is possible. If ignition cyln is stuck at "Start" position. notice when u Crank the engine when starter is engaged, the Radio, Wiper, and Blower goes out. I've seen this happen on Newer cars, not sure about 2002.
if you remove the ignition switch shroud and expose all the wires from the ignition switch. The yellow wire should be the "START" wire, pink/white wire should be the "KEY ON" wires. if you have a Test light, back probe it with a Pin or Paperclip, see if any of this 2 wires are cutting in and out.
or just Wiggle the wires behind the ignition switch, see if it does anything.

I've searched High and low of the Wiring diagram, but I cannot find the Wiring pin out for all wiring color and function of the Ignition switch. You should just try to test all wires with test light, and see if any of them is dropping in and out.

Accessory relay is controlled by the FCM. Why does the FCM keep dropping the acc relay? Only thing I can think of is Ignition switch is in Start position, or you have a Bad FCM. The FCM shouldn't Drop the acc relay because it is still sensing the "Key ON" signal. and if the "Key ON" signal drops, the car would probably die out.
