Check for 12vdc at the motor connector with the switch thrown. If it's there and the ground is good change it again.

I've got one that's been doing that for years. When it acts up I just hold the switch, slam the door and the window comes alive for a while.

Default Window not working.

What switch do you hold when slamming the door? The one on the passenger side where the issue is or the drivers door while someone slams the pass. door?

I just checked the van after not doing anything for a while and the window is working--slowly-but working.

You slam the door that has the window with the issue.

This sounds like bad brushes in the motor. It sounds like time to replace the motor.
