Welcome to DF
Have you try switching the right side lamp assy on the left side? Also have you check for power and ground at the connector?

It has power going to the bulb because the parking lights work but just no brake and the reverse lights work,i'm thinking maybe faulty bulb making the blinker go fast.

In most case's thats true. But you could have a bad printed circuit board or bulb socket in the tail lamp assy. Thats why i ask you try switch the assy or even the bulb socket. The Jeeps have this same problem as well as the 1500 ram trucks.
