2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Sliding Doors Shutting
So after talking to the dealer to verify they did replace the track module so it is the door module that has yet to be replaced. So if I trust all the troubleshooting they have done so far that leaves the module inside the door and the main computer as possible culprits. The switch (the ones that had major backorder) and the track module have been replaced. Good luck on the vehicle you have.
Unfortunately, leaving door connected and automatic is the only way I can prove that it is still occuring or no longer occuring and give them feedback. Otherwise the Chrysler rep try to close my case. Kind of a catch 22 where I am forced to leave it connected. Its very easy for me to catch it on video as I have multiple video cameras covering the door every time it opens.

OK, I did the track/motor assembly. It did not come with the track module on it like it used to, so we waited til the next day and put the module in with it. All is well with the door now. So, since they already did the track module then the motor/track assembly is what they need to replace.
If the motor is hanging up internally and/or the module is not seeing it, then there is no code set and you will never know which one is the cause until you swap them both out. These systems have their "smart" limits regardless of how "magical" they seem to some people.

My 2011 Grand Caravan is shutting automatically on the passenger side. I just had it at Dave Dennis Chrysler in Dayton, OH and they said there was no code and did nothing to fix this issue. This door has closed on my 6 year old multiple times almost closing her in the door. Let me know if anyone finds a fix for this issue.
My door went back to normal after open/close force push/pull/block it manually about 10 times for 3 days. tried to open it from inside/outside/up button; on the hill and horizontal surfaces.
Don't remember exact sequence, but it worked for me.

My car does not seem to be doing it anymore. I did not clean tracks or anything like that. I did not play with the safety switches. What I did do is get the latest software upgrades at dealer. I feel that the software being installed around the same time as the powertrain software update had an easter egg (contained bugs, maybe was sending a reset signal or there was loss of signal from main computer) and a symptom of that was the doors auto-shutting and also attacking the frame at the end of closing cycle. I'm a computer geek not a mechanic. My car spent an extensive time at dealer with no fix all parts checked. One back order part replaced, switch P/N: 1ES33BD1AB, did not solve problem.
Thanks for the help.
