I have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan 6cyl. Flex Fuel. It will not start unless the accelerator is all the way to the floor and when it starts its rough and smells rich. I have replaced the TPS,Idol air control valve and the egr valve. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. also when I am cranking it the odometer reads done.

 

Open the wire harness on the rear cylinder head. That is the injection harness and wires going t the TPS and temp sensor. If the wires are shorted together, replace the harness and the PCM.
