Jut curious about what is being used to lube the rollers on the slider doors. One webpage I read said something about Krytox lubricant, and that stuff is EXPENSIVE.

I lube my sides so I can road test Crossfires !

Be careful spraying lubricant in the track, Don't get it on that chain harness. Keep debris out of the lower recess.

Just white lithium will be fine...something that will stick. Or some of that clear yellow snot used to lube window hardware.

Winzer makes Polylube 250 which is wonderful stuff. It's a spray gel, but you shake it up well before using it.

My van was a salt belt warrior and I never lubed the door tracks either. The factory yellow grease should last forever unless water gets in the track on a regular basis or something. With that said, use white lithium grease. It's meant for these kinds of applications and is cheap.

I use white lithium grease. Passenger sliding door never gets any use and is hard to open til I put some.
