I have a p0302 cylinder #2 misfire on my 2015 Town and Country. 56000 miles, runs smooth still. Not familiar with this engine as it has not required any work yet. Suggestions of where to start? Thanks in advance.
swap the spark plug to another cylinder...inspect the plug while its out. if the misfire follows the plug...replace the plug. if the misfire stays on #2..swap the coil...if the misfire follows the coil...replace the coil. if the misfire stays on 2. do a compression check on #2

Agreed, except I would try the coil swap first. You might save yourself a few unnecessary extra steps. Not a huge deal, but still .....
since #2 is under the intake I would swap the plug and coil with cyl #1 which is not under the intake so if its changes you wont have to pull the intake again
After a couple days the light went off and has not come back on. Not sure what the issue is/was but I'll wait to see if it comes back. Thanks for the tips!
Same issues on my 2015 Grand Caravan. P0302 and not plugs, coil, or injector. Never another code. Sometimes ticks at idle. Going to take it in this week to check compression on 2. Bad head perhaps?
Same code as before, cylinder misfire on #2. It went away for 5-6 months with no issues but came back this week. I cleared the code with my reader and it came back again a few days later. Runs smooth with no issues. I guess I need to investigate further.

Hello 17grandcaravandriver,
We apologize for the ongoing concern you're experiencing with your Dodge. If you end up going into the dealer to get this looked into, let us know. Our team is available via private message and would be happy to escalate to a case specialist for further handling.
Resolved (for now): my 2015 Grand Caravan with 61,000 miles just had the cylinder head replaced after the lash adjuster and roller finger follower replacement didn't solve the P0302 code problem. All covered under powertrain warranty; so be sure to have a dealer do your service.
