Neither front or rear washer pumps are working. Removed them and tested them with a 9 volt battery and jumper wires. Both are fine. The wiper switch activates blades on windshield but wont engage washer motors.

Couple of Ideals. Did you remove the connector a check to see if you had power and ground? And are the washer bottle full? If you don't have power and ground I would start looking at fuses and maybe the multi- function switch.
