Good Afternoon, I am trying to help my father as he doesn’t use computers. His 2005 Chrysler Town & Country brake lights and turn signals do not work. There is power and the following work to the backup lights, taillights, license plate lamps and headlights Turn signal light on dash does not flicker fast. I seen there were old threads about this issue but couldn’t find a solution. Thanks in advance for any ideas or solutions.

If you haven't, Get a test light or power probe and unplug the connectors at the tail lamps. Test for power and ground and try moving the turn signal switch left and right. And have someone step on the brake pedal.

 

He stated there was no power in the rear at bulbs. Bulbs are good. I have to get someone to help with the testing suggested. He is also colored blind so have to have someone help under dash to test wires coming from turn signal control.
