ABS light on - '97 Voyager
The ABS light has decided to stay on on the wife's '97 Voyager. Is there a test procedure to follow to check to see where the problem is? I was under the mistaken impression that an OBD tester would pull the code, but it didn't work.
I appreciate any help you guys can offer! [sm=smiley20.gif]

Unfortunately you'll need to get your hands on a scanner like the one used at the dealer. They're several models of scanners
available such as the Snap-On or OTC models and the dealer scanner DRB3. But take note they all need ABS capapility.
I can tell you most of the time the ABS light comes on is due to a defective wheel speed sensor. If you have an ohm meter
handy you can check the resistance at the wheel speed sensor itself by spinning the wheel and reading the resistance.
