Somehow, paying an extra 40 grand for a fiberglass body I can't do anything with and a handshake from King Richard would probably get me shot at home! Unless maybe Icould use that body for a lawn ornament at YOUR place....[sm=goodidea.gif]

i bet it was some one from down south....red necks. who else would pay 40 grand to meet a nascar driver. at least he got a good car out of it though.

I'd pay that much IF I had the money... it's for charity... you get an awesome car, race tickets and the chance to meet RICHARD PETTY... he's not just a NASCAR driver... he's one of the two best EVER... IMO. If you have the money... it's not so bad spending large chucks for things us normal people can't imagine... I'd pay a pretty penny if I were rich to get a new Charger - THE FIRST new Charger of 2006 no less, Race Tickets, Richard Petty's time and an autographed race shell... and best of all... it's CHARITY... win win win situation if you ask me. To some people, money is no object... doesn't mean it's a redneck...
