Default Whistle issue

My 08 Daytona Charger began to have a whistle coming somewhere from inside the dash after I owned the car forabout three years. You could hear it when ever the car exceeded 70 MPH.
Recently, my dual control air controls malfunctioned. One side blew hot while the other side blew cold. A local dealership said the baffle doors inside the dash broke and fixed that problem.
Since the repair the whistle at high speed has stopped. I'm assuming those baffle doors wheren't closing completely, causing the whistle.
