Not entirely. His runs but the crank sensor state is "out of sync" 100% of the time. Cranks for about 12-15 seconds before it will start. I DID have a 2009 Challenger Hemi PCM (that IS VVT) I swapped to it for him and it made matters worse, likely because he has the 2009 Harness still in it tha is NGC 4 connector. The 13 and this guy's 14 use a GPEC PCM, which is only 2 connectors. I'm relatively certain the crank location is different PLUS the sensor part numbers/harness are also different.
I would have to sit for a couple hours or so, stare at the diagrams and see what all has to be changed. Even if I did figure it all out, there would still be BUS codes and configuration codes out the wazzoooo ! The OP at least would have to have the GPEC PCM for the '14, the engine wiring from that '14 and have to butcher the existing harness to tie it all in. Would also have to have the new type WCM with Fobics, because a SKIM system would not start it.
