They tested my starter and said it was good still

Test it on a bench? Or on the car? If the solenoid clicks, (on the starter) but the starter doesn't turn, that's a bad starter.

Ok so what if I change the starter and it still clicks then what

See what voltage you are getting on the trigger wire, AT the starter. Should be at least 9 volts.

What kind of tools do you have? Any experience doing mechanical work? I am not sure how deep the starter is hidden in there.......

I know a little bit but not like a mechanic.. I do know that the starter is on the bottom driver's side

It's likely just some bolts, and a few wires. Have a look, see what you think. If there is room to get it out, give it a shot. (disconnect battery before playin' with it......)

Ok when I'm down there what am I looking for exactly I know more or what the starter looks like but I'm saying like what would I be looking for
