Back again. This time looking at a 2010 Charger with 3.5L V6 132,000 miles. White. Touted as well maintained, cold AC, power everything. Clean title. Recent emissions. $6100.

Any issues in the maintenance history to be aware of? At what mileage do expensive things start going wrong?

What is it about these cars that make them so pricey?

Crown Vic sedans (civilian not police) in comparable condition and mileage go for about $4500 with a 4.6 V8. Please be kind to Crown Vics. I have two of them.

 

Really test out/check the front suspension. The Germans cheaped out on the 1st gen LX suspensions. This was fixed after the merger ended with the 2011 LD & LC. Depending on what trans it has, if it's the NAG1 5 speed you're good. If it's the 4 speed 42RLE it's crap.

STP comes with better tires, different wheels, better shocks, slightly lower stance, and 'sportier' suspension tuning..... Probably some other stuff too.
