I hate that ****, they're never aimed correctly. We have @ssholes here who run an LED lightbar in their grille and won't turn on the rest of their lights at night.

So then, where can I find a good breakdown of underbody plastic? I am missing a few pieces now, and I want to start buying them. I googled it, but didnt really get a good list of the plastic under the car. My nose piece has nothing behind it now, except busted wheel well liners, and the plastic behind the wheels is also busted. Not including the radiator, condensor, and lower radiator support. Ii try and get pictures posted soon.

I just ordered my exhaust. I got the 1-7/8 primary BBK stainless headers, with the 3" collector, and the 3" mid pipes with cats. I also ordered the 3" flowmasters. Ive been digging and researching to make sure I get it all right. I decided I wont be getting a TCM, or a handheld tuner. A friend has HP tuners and said he will help if I buy the credits. I may end up buying it for myself, but using his will be good enough to get the car running in stage one. Im still not sure if Ill have enough for the supercharger, especially since the deer caused about $1k in damage. So Im going to get the cam (havent decided, but I did email comp cams, and Ill be looking into which one to get over the next week or two), the exhaust, and an LSD from a 2009 and up SRT8. Ill post specifics when I order because each part has its issues I have to sort out.

If I have enough when the new cammed engine goes in, with all the repair parts from the deer, and the new exhaust, Ill order the supercharger. If not, I might get the heads done, and add nitrous, or something. Ill have to see how close it is. The supercharger will be $4k by itself, but Im guessing itll take another $2k in parts, like an intercooler, and injectors, piping, etc. This might force me to get a tuner too. Ill make the call later.

Keep in mind that if you are planning on forced induction, that requires a different cam profile that a NA "performance" cam....

So, I ordered wheels. They were almost $2300. The wheels I was considering are all backordered with no date given for a re-stock. Ill post pictures when my new wheels get here, but they were $750 more than I was expecting. I still need 2 tires, and Ill have to rebuild the TPMS sensors as well.

On another note, I contacted FRP tuning about a cam. For my application they suggested the "Scud" cam. Ill have to add lifters to eliminate the MDS, but I expected that. They also suggested a stall converter, which I guess Im going to do. Its a circle D 2600 stall.

Also on the LSD, I have looked into a used 09+ SRT8 used unit, and I can get one for around $1300-1500 shipped. That would be with the thicker axles, and the spindles and carriers. I also ran across HHPs wave-trac, and Im looking into this. I wont be racing the car, except on rare occasions. Its a street car. Itll never have slicks, and probably never have drag radials. Ive got more to read about all this, but the wave-trac is about $1100, and Ill have to pay someone to install it. We will see.

I ordered the MSD coils, my cutouts, and the radiator/condensor/support to fix the damage caused by the dukes of hazard jump I made over a dead deer carcass, plus some lugnuts for the new wheels.

A friend of mine has talked me into getting HP tuners as well. I have a mountain of information to learn to get that going, but itll be better in the end.

I did a rough calculation the other day, and it appears Ill have a $3k cushion for the build, including the supercharger. But with everything being so expensive, Im still worried I wont get it. I might have to re-arrange a little. I might also force my decision and buy the kit. Ill leave the secondary items for later, like the injectors and intercooler. Im going to wait and order the things I absolutely have to have, and see how its going. This will be a few weeks of ordering. A lot of stuff Im ordering is backordered. I looked at about 8 sets of wheels before I found a set I liked that has a delivery date.

Being able to do your own tuning is a major plus. You can tune the car to YOUR engine, not someone's idea of what it *should* be.

MSD coils are a waste of $$ unless you just have to have the red (or Accel yellow). The new Demon 170 makes over 1000 hp on stock OEM coil packs.

I know there is no horsepower benefit. They werent much more expensive, and I wanted the red coil packs. Im considering the aluminum valve covers as well, and they also have no performance benefit. Sometimes you just want things to look nice.
