Does your gas pedal connect directly to the throttle body, or is yours throttle by wire?

Has it always done this? Just started? Any modifications? Maintenance history? Is the check engine light on? Have you scanned for codes? The more information you can provide, the more help you would get.

tx...no codes at all and 100 % maintained. It has only happened 2x, 6 months apart.I think it needs a new gas pedal, maybe a sensor issue

There's usually quite a bit of redundancy built into the electronic throttle pedals, and quite a bit of monitoring for diagnostic and failsafe purposes. If you do not have a warning indication in the instrument cluster or pending or stored diagnostic codes pointing to the throttle pedal, I would not personally spend money replacing that yet. Have you checked yet to see if there is a mechanical steel cable controlling your throttle plate or if it has a motor and wires with NO mechanical connection?

Are you interested in diagnosing this issue yourself, or just trying to educate yourself on what a shop might find to be the issue? If you're wanting to diagnose this yourself, do you have a multimeter and are you familiar enough with using it combined with the operation/function of a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)? Have you opened the throttle plate (only if mechanical) to see if there's a build-up of carbon on the back side?
