Default DON'T chop off resonators

I recommend u do not chop off the resonators for that deeper sound. It will drive you absolutely bonkers..$85 to take them out, $100 for dynomat to see if it would dampen the noise and another $50 to put the resonators back on...BIG MISTAKE....I hated it and my hubby hated riding in the vehicle because of the noise. It is a definite NO NO...There is no way to kill the interior drone.

Yet another convert...

Maybe the factory DOES KNOW what they are doing.

I've been down that exhaust modding road w/drone all the way until the Corsas were put on. I also think factory is good unless your starting to push some serious HP, then its time to open her up.

I do, also folks w/Borla and Zoomers have good (non-drone) experiences.

Jules,

I have heard if you pull a few fuses in order, the drone will go away...

Just teasing.

I've been there and you are RIGHT ON.

I just cut my resonators out and the drone sound is not that bad. In fact it sounds much better than before.

Its a matter of preference. I want a loud hotrod sound and now I have it. Girlfriend loves it!
