sc results
The question was a little fuzzy. Here goes...
Several have ran the Jet Chip and used SuperChips at the same time. They started stock so if you had a SC tune currently on the car return the car to stock first. Install the Jet Chip then program again with the SC.
To tune with the SC you plug it in and program the car and then unplug it. If you want to change the program you plug it in again and make changesthen program the car and then unplug the SC.
Now to confuse things, you can leave the SC hooked upand usedata logging feature to time your car (there are several options for logging data by time or distance).

A couple have done this including the section moderator, 74scamp, without adverse affects.
Here are a couple threads to look at on the subject. Do a search for "jet chip" and you'll find more.

I tried it with not ill affects as Mango stated. However, I have since taken my Jet Chip out. I deduced that it really didn't do any thing extra and why risk a potential problem. I'm just as happy with the tuner sans jet chip.
