I have 2 89 Daytona Parts Cars(w/ T-Tops), i could probably send you the peice if you can send me a pic of what you need replaced.

I thought i knew from your postings, but based on the #'s i'm confused. My Daytona is missing the weather stripping on all but one side of the windshield and it has no effect on the car whatso-ever, i actually like the look a bit better (less cluttered). But Based on the 8k to 600 comparison, i'm guessing i'm thinking of a different part....

If you send me a pic of what you need I can most likely supply it....

 

I'll take some good pictures tonight after I get home from the slave camp- I mean work- and send em to you guys. I hate the idea of doing all this work on the car and having it destroyed because of some morons...

If you guys need anything with more detail let me know. I need the three trim pieces, the two pieces at the base of the windhshield, and all of the attaching hardware, since the idiotbroke it all and threw it away.I'm also looking for all the t-top and door seals, along with interior t-top trim pieces and t-top locks for the 88 (had to break the interior trim to get he locks out so the idiot wouldn't have to break the windshield trim- lot of good THAT did me), and interior and dash parts for both the 85 and the 88.I have a list of things I need for these cars...

I took a video of both cars, I'll try and put 'em up on YouTube...

I'm going home to where i store the parts cars in a week or two. If you get that list i'll see what i have and what i can spare (quite a bit, seeing as there's 2 of them).

I had to drill my locks out when i bought the car and buy brand new ones. I'll see if i can find the paper where i bought them as i don't have any t-top locks (had to drill them all! no one keeps the damn keys!) plus always nice to have new locks.[8D]

 

Yeah, that's their "professional installation". And they are trying to buy me off for a measly $250. I'll get a list typed out and send it to ya...

If I were you, I'd try to track down the pieces, and sue the crap out of them for your time, cost of replacement parts&nbsp\\;and inconvenience.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; Good luck with your search.

I've been looking since the middle of march. Everyone seems to know someone who knows someone that might know someone that has 'em, but that's as far as things get. I try to find out if someone has 'em and never hear back from any of 'em.

 

i will be at the chryslers at carlisle show in july, hopefully with my daytona, if you havent found them by then i will keep an i out in the swap area.
