Default 84 Daytona Turbo Starter issue I think State Police scared it

New computers battery cleaned connections got rid of all the codes except for 1-1 and 1-2 which is normal Turn the key relay clicks and that's it ? New relay Starter is only 2 years old and did turn over once but was a no start when I just had push started and rolled around the block a few times ? All started when I got pulled over by State Police He gave me a break but had to push start me ! Did he scare the car to never turn over again ? Can't keep push starting this Original owner and twice as old !

If you bypass the relay with a jumper wire, will the engine turn over?

30 to 87 I believe. Keep in mind, there are likely two wires coming in that have power...... one is to control the relay, the other is power feed for the solenoid. That one will be larger...... don't use the little one to feed the solenoid, the results wouldn't be pretty.

30 87 ? I don't have much for schematics but got Brown Yellow Stipe which is ground to trans Not sure what the yellow wire is and the Red and Brown have power going thru the relay but Not sure if power is making it thru the wires Floor jack failed me so I'm not so sure about what the connections at the starter are getting Getting ready to ship it out to local mechanic as my Mechanic retired and moved to the woods ! Also I worked on harness design for Essex which became United Technologies Auto group So my ego is taking a hit !!! I should know this !!

I don't have schematics for one of those either. But, relays are pretty standardized. Pull up an image of relay pin-out, they are all pretty much the same.
