Well, I hope Lasers are welcome too. It feels kind of lonely in Laser land so I hope my ugly duckling can snuggle up to your Daytona FWD cars.
Anyway, I am here with my 1985 Laser with a 2.5L Turbo Intercooled engine and a Getrag 5 speed. Strong runner, many miles on the clock.
Anyone attending the 2015 Spring Fling?

I've seen small blocks put in them but not a big block. It may be a squeeze. I would try fitting it in with trans and exhaust and see what kind of clearance you have. I always wanted to put a 5.7 hemi in mine. Then i could call it HEMI Z (it's a 86 turbo z) I bought the V8 conversion that mopar performance made years ago but never did anything with it. I also want a independent rear so maybe a rear out of a C4 Vet would work. Just a few of my ideas. I like the work that was put into this...

Hi all..New member here, I have a 91 Daytona ES,3.0v6,5spd,pw,pb,pseats,ps,ac,tinted windows. Paid 500 for it in 06, original owner just wanted to get rid of it. New black paint (orig. color) and rims from a LeBaron convert. Runs great, corners like a rat with sreakers ,a/c blows cold, and no smoke. The only thing I don't like is that blah gray interior! Has anyone redone their interior ? If so, what material, cost, time, and who. Any help appreciated.

You can look for cars in the junk yard or craigs list that have a black interior and swap everything over. You can die a lot of things using sem products. They make different products for doing seats to hard plastic parts. Look for the videos on you tube.
