They are very nice, my dad has them on his '69 Charger and they look great as well as perform, but they were put on as part of the engine build up so I cannot say what kind of gains they give. Here is a picture showing them all (he also converter to the serpentine belt):

Double check sizes for your specific application. You can't just buy a kit for a small block and have it fit. I had to wait on pulleys for several lllllooooooooonnnnnnnnggggg days to fire up a Magnum 380 crate engine in my old Barracuda because of different water pump clearances.
Todd;
I have a set on my old school 360. They fit very tight and are a pain to set up. (a little bit I should say.) The surplied bolts for the alt. and P/S where short. I had to go back and forth with them twice till it was settled. Most people that I have read posts from have ill things to say about them. My exp. was OK. I used the serpintine system.

That's the route I want to go. Use the serpintine belt so there are fewer chances of throwing belts.
