Um...its not a strut. I'd say get a picture. Sure its not one of those plastic splash shields? I'm lowered and I don't have anything wierd hanging down on the passenger side.

i see if it's only held on with a bolt or two, no lines coming in or out. and no belts attached, rip it off and see what happens, thats just my opinion, I wouldn't try it though if I were you. But on my 03 se i dont' see anything hanging that shouldn't be there.

i had a guy from dodge come over to my house and we were looking at it and the problem was who ever did the motor swap to my car tightned one of the bolts to the motor mount to hard that the bolt snaped. cauising the motor to tilt towards the passenger wheel. the piece that was haning down was the splash guard. and the thing thta was pushing the splash guard was the whole pully assembly and stuff.

Thats not good. You can just replace the MM and that should fix it.

I would have to see a picture to be sure, but from what your saying I would replace the entire MM, from the part that mounts to the motor to the part that mounts to the body, not just the inserts. Where is the bolt broken?

if you look in the wheel well of the passenger fron tire you will see like 2 holes each for the 4in bolt well one of them was broken from the motor swap or broke form to much tension. so the mount is fine but the bolt broke which only costed 6 bucks to fix. but i am gonna but ne mm what do you suggest
