I really dont know much about the neon but I have a air intake on my Intrepid. It replaces the stock air pipe and stock filter box. It gives me a little more HP and does save on gas a little. I also have one on my truck and I see a big diffrence.

The Mopar Performance CAI/Ice Man cold air kits are great. The only problem is that they are only for manual trans cars.

You can use the same one. You will just have to cut it short so it will fit. It won't exactly be cold air, but it's better than all the other kits that put it right over the exhaust.
