If you have already established that the plugs are firing and the injectors are functioning properly, then it has to be a timing issue. You might want to check/replace your crankshaft sensor. Other than that, the only thing I can think of right now is the timing belt. If the catalytic converter is completely plugged it wouldn't run, although this is highly unlikely.

Already changed the crank sensor. Will have the timing belt checked. Have been told by several mechanics to check the asd, pcm but no one knows how to test them. This is my daughters car that is sick and mom is tired of playing taxi! Will try the timing. Thanks

I have no idea how to check the PCM itself, probably a dealer only check. I'm having a brain lapse, whats the ASD?

Automatic Shut Down Relay-located in the black box behind the battery.

OK. That sounds easy enough to replace, it could be worth a shot. I'm not too familiar with it, so I don't know why it would be getting tripped to shut the car down.

If the PCM doesn't see a crank signal, the ASD relay will not power up the fuel pump. Can you hear the fuel pump when you roll the key forward? Does it have spark when it's cranking?
