How much added HP do you have? if just few mods just go 95gph but if your pushing around 500+ go 150gph Might be more than 500+

Dead on Drew !!

If you're still pretty stock, get the 95. If you are now, or your planning on bombing your truck in the future, get the 150. They don't reccomend getting the 150 for a stock truck because the FASS may die an early death, so use your head when deciding.

Also, I'd go with the larger of the two FILTERS.

This is where is can get confusing.

You'll see 95/95 and 95/150. They make a shorter fuel filter and they call them "95's". The taller filter ( the one that has been the typical FASS filter ) is called the "150". Therefore the first number above, the 95/95 would be the 95gph pump with the short filters. The second pump 95/150 would be the 95 gph pump and the standard taller filters.

I just learned most of this within the last few weeks and I've just installed a FASS last weekend, so if you want to know anything ask me NOW while it's still fresh in my mellon. Once the weekend passes and I have one too many brew-ha-ha's, I'm sure that info will be purged to make room for new.

I don't know how to really explain it, but they ( the FASS people ) say that using the larger FASS may eventually burn it out. I don't know why or how, but I followed their advice since they know more than I do. It was also written up that way in a TDR magazine that I read a little while ago.

Makes sense really, you would be operating the 150 in the lowest capacity. Therefore it would probably be bouncing of its pressure regulator, which hammers on your pump assembly. If the truck was mostly stock the 95 would be purring along suppling fuel without the hammer effect.

If you get the 150, you'll want to get a new fuel pickup tube because the stocker won't flow that much fuel.
