You can't put on the wrong line as there are sized different , just follow the instructions, I wasn't up on A/C either till they wanted to take big money from me for a leak they couldn't find and the A/C quit the day after they looked at it.
I put in the stop leak and top off the 134a a few times over the next year and it still working

I breezed through here, but in caseI missed if someone answered it. That is your air dryer, it drys the air before entering the cab so you don't get wet. That shouldn't be frozen but it will get cold and drip a lot of water (condenation). Most likely low on freon.

Anyway, yeah, it was frozen at the bottom. When I put my hand on it it was like holding an icecube. I guess that's what was thawing out in between my on/off cycles, I was waitin for that thing to thaw out.
Hopefully I'll be able to fix it tonight with that 134a stuff. Does it take long to do? I've neveradded freonbefore?

It's finally getting warm here in PA, huh Mayfair? I had mine on the other day too. Anyway, putting the stop leak in won't hurt, the pic of the can is good stuff. There are 2 port on a silver refrigerant line, one is the high side and one is the low side, the low side is where you want to put it, you can't get them wrong, the freon fitting from the can will only fit onto the low side they are 2 different sizes. The gauge is color coded, I believe yellow is where you want the needle to be. Some of the cans already have stop leak in them and other places sell separate cans of it. It's easier to buy one that already has it in it. That way you don't hit the green area with stop leak and never got a chance to put the freon in.
