Default Autometer Gauges

Howdy fellas! When I get my new Ram next week, I do notintend to do alot of mods. However, I would like to get some Autometer gauges like boost pressure and EGT. I think the pillar mounts are the best way to mount them. For those of you with late model Rams, whichseries of Autometer gauges look the most similar to the factory cluster? Ultra Lite, Phantom, etc?

Also, for a stock engine with no mods is a boost gauge with a range of 0-35 good enough? I can't imagine that the stock turbo would go any higher than 35 psi.

I have a 0-35 PSI gauge. . .at times I wish I had more since my stocker turbo can nail 40+ with the blip of the throttle. now stock I could do 35, however the waste gate would bring things down to 28 or so. TST turned up and the boost fooling off I thought I was about to break the needle

if you plan on keeping her stock, 35 is just fine. . .if you plan on any performance mods, go for the 60.

What are the pro's and cons of the A-pillar. I've heard that they really do block your view a bit. They LOOK great ... just looking for some pros and cons of going that route.

O.K., I'm a complete noob when it comes to these gauges, so I also would like to throw in a few questions :
How about installation? Is it easy to install? How do these gauges get their readings? Do you have to install a censor on the engine or something?

Iv got the Issopro EGT and boost gauges on pillar mount and to me, they look like a factory match.
I got the 60# for the fact that even stock it would pin the gauge.

I have the phantom II's and they look great... only drawback is the LED is white and not green. I think I can change it but it's not that big a deal to me since I added a resistor inline to cut the intensity.

I run all blue LED's in mine.
Now I just need to change the factory dash over to blue. [&:]
