Don't have time to find the other palces that state that it can be SOLD for on road use until 2010. I know of several places that still sell LSD ( flying J for one) for on road use so I know for a fact its still legal to sell outside of the state of CA.

Guys, you may think you are finding LSD at your local pump but it is not going to happen. Can you just imagine the class action suit from all the 076.7 truck owners that kill the particulate filter by using the LSD instead of the ULSD.DC will test for it when a truck is towed in DOA and if LSD found in a 07 engine tank the warranty is voided.

the 6.7L guys wouldn't have a case becuase on every pump with LSD i've seen it sez "warning, this fuel is low sulfur diesel and is not meant for use in vehicles newer than 2007. Do not put this fuel into a 07 or newer vehicle it may damage the engine"

Well I know the manager at a local fuel stop and up until April of 2007 they sold LSD and they just got the OK to list the fule as ULSD a few weeks ago so LSD is still around. Also they have different color sticker on the pumps so people know by looking at the pumps warrning sticker if they can use that fuel in there truck or not. If the owner of a 6.7L engine does not look to see what he is puting in the truck then he/she runs the risk of Voiding there warranty by puting in the wrong fuel. If they do put in the wrong fuel they can only blame them selves when Dodge tells them you lost your warranty by using the wrong fuel.
