Default Fixed But for how long?

Well I got all the fluids done and the rear seals replaced and it runs good and seems to drive good! Bad news is the Front bearing assembly seems to be warm to the touch. So how long they'll last I don't know. They were just replaced not too long before I got it stuck in the water. Not sure how tight the assembly is. Also my rear differential is leaking where the drive line attaches. Also the transmission and transfercase are warm to the touch, not sure what the running temperatures are for the front wheel bearingassembly is or the transfercase and the transmission. Oh my, so many things to double check on these, sure wish it was simple. Oh btw got some pics let me see if I can get them uploaded.

I'm thinking about pulling apart the front bearing assembly and regreasing it, I noticed a forum specifying all the details of the project. Also any suggestions on the rear drive line seal? And does any one know how hot the tranny and transfer case are to be? Perhaps could someone with a nv5600 after running it a short distance (approx 2 miles or so touch it and see if it's fairly warm or does it just keep fairly cool? not sure but I don't wanna burn everything up. My trans temp light hasn't came on and I don't wanna run it to the fact of it doing that. Shifts smooth though. I'm going to check it for water and then check the transfercase for water here in a bit. Then Maybe rip the rear end apart.

My trans heats up to 100 fairly quick, will get up to 195 or so according to the edge monitor. I honestly havent gone under the truck to feel around after I run it.

Definalty check the trans and tcase for water. As for the diff input seal, you have two ways of doing it, the right way and the quik way. I've never had a problem with the quik way (knock on wood). Just need an impact gun to spin off the yoke nut and pull the yoke. R&R the seal and put it back together.

I can see how mine feels tomorrow, I tore mine apart and put it back together myself so I don't know how good of a guide it will be. It's been close to 1000 miles I think now though.

Appreciate the help, Yeah checked for water, they did have water the first time, just finished getting oils back in it today. Then Checked again, tranny and transfer case need flushed again didn't drive it far maybe 2 miles to a friends house to work a colt then back to get everything warmed up and spinning, truck hasn't realy been started or moved since the day it got pulled out. So I imagine that it just stirred what remaining water/oil mix it had left into the good oil so now I get to do more draining. Hey jake. what's r&r stand for? Appreciate the help greatly guys. Any knowledge on the 03 and newer front bearing assembly? I don't know if they got water in them or if they're sealed tight enough that they should be ok. But it's good to know that nothing got too hot.

Does it stand for Rest and recovery? I'm confused! Or Restoration and rebuild! I'm confused!
