the guys with the dodges even the 3500's.. said pulling an 24 foot trailor with nothing even on it makes the truck squat down.. they said the truck makes alot of sqeuakin noises.. the injectors.. trans..
my 2500 4x2 squats less than 2" with 1400lbs of pin weight 2" behind the rear axle .. the rear is still a few inches higher than the front....towing fully loaded camper @9000lbs i can forget it's even back there.. definately no "squeakin" .. trans or injector problems.. no complaints form this dodge owner!
They only problem I have ever heard about with a 5.9L mega is that the A/C can't handle that much space, but depending on where you live that may not be a problem.
On another note, I do like the idea of a twin size air matress fitting in the back of the cab though, hehehe hahaha buh ha haha, cough cough .
that lifetime warranty does not apply to these trucks[:'(]
This is correct, it is non transferable and it does not apply to srt vehicles or diesels, maybe others too, not sure. I don't think any auto manufacturer would ever give a lifetime power train warranty ina vehicle powered by the all mighty cummins .
All the problems we have seen with any 6.7 is with the wrong fuel being used.......Have not seen any injector issues. If you put enough weight on a 3500 to squat it too much, you need to buy a Kenworth......
