So it would take a hell of a lot tongue weight to squat even a 2500

My truck would squat when I have my 5th wheel on it about 2-3"lower than the front, put the air bags on no more squat, and it rides better empty with 10-15 lbs of air in them

Did it squat or level out, I can't belive you have over 4600 pounds tongue weight

It would squat it about 2 inches. On my 98 CTD the same 5th would just level it out

ORIGINAL: Hemiriden

Also if you get an 07 or newer than MOST of those problems don't even matter anyways.... well with the lifetime power train warranty they are covered..... Just make sure you bring it in every 6 months for a checkup....
Diesels are not covered under the lifetime deal

4,600 lbs.... not bad. I had a ranger once, and put about12 and halfregular house bricks in it and it squated down to the bumps stops, now that was a car with a bed bolted to it, hahah.

I would have expected it to squat more than that with 4600lbs of block on it. Now I'm really impressed.

Part of the load you don't see is 6-80 lbs bagsof concrete, so it wasn't all block weight
