I have no idea what they cost. Good Michelin's cost about $225.00 a piece, so $450.00 for each side compared to say what ???????? Any idea of their cost? And also, would I have to change the rims to use them? Got to admit, they'd look great on the *** end of my truck !!!!

Yea, you'd need new rims too. That would be a good time to do the package deal, 22.5's all the way around with super singles on th rear. You'd definitely have a one of a kind pickup.

ya, you would have to switch over to a single wide aluminum rim(alcoa). I actually did a google and couldnt come up with any prices or links to sites sellin them.

Hey Armour, Ya said that you added a 1/4" spacer to acommadate the 265's? What sort of gap do you have after that and what do you think it would look like without the spacer? Do you think that the tires would rub one another? I'd love to put larger tires on the pavemnet, but without the spacers. I'm told when towing heavy loads, (which I sometimes do), the spacers are not the safest thing to use.

Bigriver,

with the 1/4" spacer i have about a finger width between the tires... I removed the spacer last night to see what the gap was and I couldn't fit my pinky thru the duals... Sorry no pics, I couldn't find the camera....

If you were towing you would want to make sure the tire pressure was on the up & upto avoid rubbing. I tow a 16' office trailer quite often and see no rubbing issues. Adding the 1/4" spacer shouldn't be to dangerous. 1/4" is pretty minor!
