... preseason opener on Saturday... cant wait!!! (echl hockey).

 

Going to the tips game saturday after I get off of work. They had a rough start, lost the first couple of games, but they got 2 under their belt now. Hopefully they're back in it.

 

If I'm ever up that way and it's in season... we have to go to a game! Last year the wifey & I went to the Portland Winterhawks game and it was pretty good, different not knowing any of the players but it was still fun.

wow, no I didnt hear about it, you going? I'll have to see how far I get with Jr on the truck before committing. I found a front diff that we can swap in and it would be awesome to get it on the road by Monday. my brother & I went to see semi's race once, that was pretty cool seeing dual axle trucks running 85 down the 1/4. I was pretty amazed they could giddy up & go that quick.

 

Thinkin abut it...mapquest says 3hours and 23 minutes...Not the worst trip I could make on a Sunday morning, I drive farther than that to work sometimes. Might even consider using the Hilton points and find a room up there and travel up on Saturday.

It am considering it very strongly right now.

 

Stockton's part of the ECHL huh....my brother's playing for the Pensacola Ice Pilots this year. I wonder when they will play them. I'm going to try and make it down there some time this year to check out a few games.

 

hell yeah you should try to make it to a game or two, did you check the schedule to see if they play in Stockton? I'm always up for a game! Last year we did about 12~15 games... I'd expect about the same this year.
