Default OEM rear fender liners.

Anyone here buy/install the Dodge rear fender liners from the parts dept. I'm considering them, just thought I'd consult the crystal ball before the purchase.

I had a set on a 1500 Ram Daytona. I liked them enough to order a set for the new2500 dieselI bought. Rocks flying off of tread make a lot less noise...

I bought some from the dealer, but have not installed them yet. They were about $80. I imagine they're easy to install, just haven't got around to it yet.

I have a set on mine... they don't like cold weather and gravel roads though... mine have taken a beating full of holes and cracks. Gonna p/u another set though and line them with some rubber matting or something, to help soften the blows from rocks/gravel.

Maybe some of that spray on bed liner or undercoating will make them hold up to the gravel.

I bought a set and added them to mine...very easy to install...remove the oem panel that is in place and slide them in over the tire...I found it very easy with lots of room...used a 3 ton SUV jack on the bottom of my ball to lift the suspension giving me a little more room over the tire....

and no comments about my *****!!!! I've seen enough in here...esp from Mayfair....

Right on, thanks for the feedback, I ordered a set. I imagine they will take a beating, but I'd rather the liners take it than the under side of the bed.

Yeah, I just put a set on my Dad's 2500 '07, and have a set sitting in my living room for my '06 2500. Pretty easy to install. Didn't like how the filler neck to the fuel tank is exposed to the tire throwing debris, plus they look pretty darn good after installed too.
