Definitely for free.... They honestly never thought about charging me.
This is the same guy I took it to last week. He agreed to try to turn them on, but couldnt....said he even talked to some factory guys???
When I called him back to tell him that I had the exact instructions, he said to bring it on by again to see if it would work.

They had no clue before I showed them... They had never had a request to turn them on apparently.
