My uncle runs the SMARTY and really likes it. He has had nothing but good things to say about it. I am going to get one myself, but think the SMARTY jr. will suite me fine as I am mostly looking for help with economy, and only a little extra while pulling with my stock tranny. So chalk me up in the interested but leaning on the side of the fence towards purchase.
Even though the jr. doesn't require guages under normal driving conditions, I sure would like to monitor how things where doing. Kinda weird as the junior will run everything safer than OE, but it still would be nice. Anyone have suggestions on guages since posts that are searchable?

also, as you know, I already have the EDGE? will it blow up with a smart on top of that?

If you get a smarty Chris, you'll sell the Edge :-) I haven't hear that the two are a good stack together. If you really want a ton of power, get a smarty, sell the Edge and buy a TST with the money. You will be floored by the power you'll have.

Ok , I need some advice here. I found a dealer on Ebay who has 4 of the Smarty SR for 2003 to 2007 5.9L cummins. I made him an offer of $550 and he counter offered with $600. This is about $85 cheaper than I have seen anywhere else.
I have already passed up the BD box for $200 and would hate to pass this up if it is a good deal.
What do you guys think?
And yes the guy has great feedback and is legit, I've already checked him out. And he has4 of these for sale.

Definately PM Ty and talk it over with him. He might be able to give you better insite than us. I just ordered mine and hope that I get mine by weeks end which would be great. I got a lot of driving this weekend and would like to know how it works.
