RE: Larger fuel tanks
New tank has finally made it to Ont, Canada, will be installed next week, I will also be installing a Aero Turbine 4040XL, hoping to get rid of a little drone and regain some low end grunt.
Here is the exhaust system now, stock manifolds, stock turbo, Pac Brake, Cat delete pipe, MBRP muffler to duals, dual turn down ends ( keeps the soot off my mud flaps).
I will be installing the 404XL where the cat was and will see what happens.
I am also accepting donations for the first fuel up with the new 55 gallon tank, Price per liter here yesterday 114.9 yep a dollar 14.9 or 521.6 a Imp Gallon, so please feel free to help out !!!!!

Good question, how are your MPG's effected by all that weight?

As for the weight......50 gallons in the Transferflow tank, 50 x average 7 lbs. per gal.........about 350 lbs. Not a big deal with a 3500 dually.

RE: Larger fuel tanks
Ok new tank is in ,, I have not added any fuel yet so I do not know about the differance yet,, but will need fuel next week,,,
The AERO 4040XL has made a huge differance ,,, low end is back, drone is all but gone,, the truck feels like my Juice is set on high and in tow haul mod ( butthey are NOT ).
If I understand the Juice right, it does not add power ( or much power) until the engine has reached operating temps and my truck had not reached those temp's yetwhen I noticed the huge differance in power.
The Juice is set in the middle and tow haul was off,,, I am very pleased with the 4040XL install, I put it where the Cat was and then my MBRP muffler is about 1 foot further into duals,,, sounds and hauls like it should again IMO
I have not had any weight or a trailer hooked up yet but will report back when I do.

I'd like to do that one day, but just too many other mod's to take care of.

Kingdog, I'm glad to hear that you dig the Aero and that it brought back your lower end. Be sure to let us know how much better it runs while towing.
