Actually, it's surprisingly easy to tow a parked vehicle, once you get it moving. The trick is to get it moving quickly, down try to slowly pull away, kind of give it a firm tug to break free. Once the tires get a flat spoton them, it starts getting easier to tow.

If you try to go too fast, the differential starts making the wheels jump in opposite directions for some reason.

You should be able to tow it at 20-30 mph without too much problems.

Also, with the wheels locked up, you won't have to worry about getting rear ended when you stop or slow down.

Just make sure that they don't curb their wheels, otherwise you will be in one lane and the Ferd will be in the other lane.

This is all in good fun, right? Or do we need to pass the hat for a "get Jimmy out of Jail" fund?
