did u guys run truck when drilling? or did you get someone to hold powerful shopvac and magnet by spot where u r drilling?

Nope, I let the motor sit overnight until it was cold. I didn't want to chance snapping a bit or tap and hearing my turbo for one last time. I figured if something did happen, I still could disassemble everything to get the pieces out.

I used a telescoping pen magnet to fish out the filings as I went. Thepen magnet fit right into the hole.

yeah but if you look at picture where we should drill the turbo flange is below where we drill. it drops down there

Drew, your tip for he 11/32 worked out great. Got it in with no problems nice and easy. Now to wait for the genos stuff to arrive
