Kev_n_AZ wanted my truck specs .. . ..
Hey folks, Kev_n_AZ has asked that I post specs on my heapas ours are of the same year. Bear with me . .
About the 1st of December 1993, the wife and I ordered a custom (no overhead lights. They had to build it from scratch) W250 ClubCab. It's the base work-truck line with the better OEM fabric bucket seats, otherwise spartan. DANA 60 front axle (4500#), DANA 70 rear with OEM posi-lock. 160hp, 400ft/lb intercooled CTD, A518 non lock-up transmission, NP205 transfer case, blah, blah.
I've been whittling on it the last three years or so to include:
Engine
Induction (air in, exhaust out):
- BHAF (as big as the OEM housing).
- Custom 100% cold air filter housing.
- Custom 5" turbo feed tube.
- PDR HX 35 Hybrid turbocharger.
- 3.5" charge-air plumbing.
- Banks intercooler.
- Banks TwinRam intake feedhorn.
- Match-ported ATS 3-piece exhaust manifold.
- Waste-gated 14cm exhaust housing (limited to 38psig boost).
- 4" turbo-back exhaust plumbing out behind the rear tire.
- 4" VERY large, high flow baffle type muffler for the thunder.
- 4" straight through resonator for the turbo whine.
Fueling (from the tank to the piston bowl):
- 6AN (3/8ths ID) plumbing from the actual working fuel pick-up all the way to the IP.
- OEM early 2nd gen piston lift-pump (approx 45psig @ 2500rpm, no load).
- Over size FleetGard fuel filter.
- Aeroquip bypass style fuel pressure regulator (set to 15psig @ 2500rpm, no load).
- 3200rpm IP governor spring.
- Custom fuel pin cone.
- Fuel screw in as far as it will go.
- Star-wheel set to minimize smoke with normal driving.
- Smoke screw set to its cleanest position.
- IP timed to 2.0mm.
- KSB mystery switch.
- DDP4 injectors.
- Water/Methanol injection using a CoolerMist Varicool progressive controller running a Snow 200psig pump with it's pressure regulator set to maximum. 3/8" ID plumbing carry's the 50/50% brew to two .625 Snow nozzles mounted at the inlet of the TwinRam feedhorn.
Engine hardparts:
- Fluidamper.
- 60# valve springs.
- Valve clearances at .009" intake / .018" exhaust.
- Custom engine cooling fan shroud (let's face it, they don't make them anymore).
- Supplemental 3rd gen (I think it was) crankcase vent system.
Drivetrain
- SFI rated flexplate.
- SunCoast torque converter (non lock-up).
- Custom built (by me) A518 automatic with increased clutch/steel count in all clutch-pacs using Alto Red disc's/bands and Kolene steels. Billet dual seal servos, oversize OD spring, full TransGo TFOD/A518 kit, AN8 plumbing, inline supplemental filter. 4qt oversizealuminum pan. Bunch of other crap.
- 5' ladder bars.
- CenterLine 16x10 aluminum rims with BFG radial all-terrain tires I can't remember the size other than 33".
Telemetry
- ISSPRO 4K tachometer, 60# boost, pyrometer, fuel pressure, and trans temp gages.
Other mess
- Rear OEM drum brakes upgraded to slotted disc's with parking brake.
- Stainless braided brake flex lines.
- Custom LED interior cab lights.
-Roof, back-wall, sidewalls, and doors covered in 1/2" Rubatex foam rubber insulation.
- Floors underlined with 3/8" shredded rubber matting.
- Highbeam relay mod.
In the 1/8th @ 6400lbs (Dodge)~
In the 1/4th (green 01/06/08)~
I think that's it.
. . . . I need to get a life LOL!!
Oh, there's a PDR Stage II ported, O-ringed head in a truck headed to my office right now. I should get it Thursday. Gotta find some studs.
Kev_n_AZ, I hope this helps.

DOOOOOD.....that is a killer looking truck. I would take that over mine any day. I love the looks of the first gens. Great job with it.
I see one of your time slips says Fayetteville, is that Fayetteville, NC? My wife, mom and I are driving down tomorrow night to see my brother. He plays for the Fireantz. It would be awesome to get a peek at this truck....
