Flushed the brakes today...

RE: Flushed the brakes today...
You could get one of these through the snap-on website I suppose... but with a little running-around I'm sure you could get a lawn sprayer from home-depot to work just as well... I got the quick-disconnect from a MAC tool salesman. I would have attempted to make a lawn-sprayer version, but I like yelling at someone when something goes wrong, in this case... it's my snap-on dealer.
There's also the vacuum type bleeder, more popular for the domestic stuff... but I never have liked them.

RE: Flushed the brakes today...
And it comes with a convienent shoulder strap... it's a bargain! [sm=bling.gif]
Brake fluid is brutal on plastics, but so is weed killer... What could possibly go wrong...
With the $221.35 Blue Point you get some brass fittings and a pressure gague.
Another product that advertises shoulder straps...
She wants out of that thing.

that is slick! one thing though... when you push in the new fluid and force out the old fluid do you end up mixing much before it comes out clean? I ended up draining my resiviour down pretty low before putting in fresh fluid to minimize the mixing.

Someone who does two to five brake flushes a day (yours truly) has gotten used to the other one.

RE: Flushed the brakes today...
I'd like to make some sort of combination of the two. I like the way the one that you have works, however i don't see me buying a gallon of brake fluid to use it. That's why I kinda like the littler one. If I could make some sort of combo of the two, that would be cool.
