the NV4500HD is not that bad. . .a medium duty jack will handle it just fine. . .

the NV5600 is a BEAST!!!!! you will do yourself good to get the biggest, beefiest one you can find since it weighs more than the engine in my toyota.

Drew, dont you think it would be a good idea to turn the flywheel anyways? It would suck to get it all buttoned up, just to have to pull it apart again.

should it be turned. . .that depends on the condition of the surface of the flywheel. I havent turned my toyota and dont plan on it since it is still flat against a machinist rule. granted theres a little rust on it, but that can be taken off with some fine sanding over the whole surface. should I turn it. . .probably, but I need to get the thing in this weekend. I need to have the emissions done on it so I can renew my tag.

no emissions checks for Diesels in Georgia. . .or atleast last I checked. if there are then smarty #0[8D]

G56 weight. . .I'm not certian. . .however I do know it is not as heavy as the NV5600, but a bit heavier than the 4500.
