Default Dodge Lug Nutz Torque and Shoot Video

Here is the shoot video everyone has been asking about lately. It is from 2005 National Championships. I plan on making a new one next month. It is 16Mb so don't click the link unless you have broad band.

Oh yeah, almost forgot. How many foot pounds are my lug nutz supposed to be torqued to?

OK, so exactly what is it that you're shooting? Surely not fully live ammo, in an arena full of people? I'm assuming it's just a powder charge with maybe a wadding of some sort...

That's awesome Bob![sm=popcorn.gif]

I'd like to see the homies try that with their 9mm's turned sideways from their lowriders with the bass pumping.

We use a black powder charge that burns up to 20 feet. The targets are balloons. If you are more than 20 feet away, you are safe. The regulations won't let us set a target closer than 25 feet to the arena wall. Look in my sig photo and you can see the streaks from the powder burning as it comes out of the gun.

That is me in the video. It was taking over a time span of 4 days so I am wearing different clothes on some of the shots. We have to dress in 1800 style cothing and we also have to use single action pistols (like they had way back when).
